What to Expect
Step 1: Strategy Session
Our process begins with a free strategy session. During the strategy session, we'll work together to answer the following questions:
- What Are Your Goals? We will work with you to understand your needs and explain where we can help.
- What Are the Schedule and Review Expectations? Do you want full control to line edit the work in progress or have just a single review at the end? We encourage all clients to thoroughly review our work and not to skimp on the feedback.
- Who Is Your Intended Audience? How much do they already know on the subject? What do you need them to do for you?
- What Unique Requirements Are Involved? Are there any compliance requirements? We will work to accommodate your technology, compliance, and/or style needs.
Step 2: Content Creation
We take deadlines seriously. We will work within your style and business requirements, suggesting changes and new processes only as much or as little as you desire.
If you do not have a defined style, we can help you create one and ensure that any new assets we create for you aligns to it.
Step 3: Reviews & Revisions
Creating content in a vacuum sucks (excuse the pun). All of our clients are encouraged to ask us questions and provide brutally honest feedback. It's important to us that your content helps you and your audience, so every project includes at least one review/revision cycle.
